Terms and conditions

By hiring the services of Luxe Private Catering, you agree to all the terms and conditions described below. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


  1. Services Provided

Luxe Private Catering offers private event catering services, including:

Preparation, transportation, and service of food and beverages.

Setup, breakdown, and cleaning of food stations and company-provided equipment.

Service staff according to the contract.

Limitation: Luxe Private Catering reserves the right to decline any request considered inappropriate, unsafe, or illegal.


  1. Reservations and Payments
  2. Reservations must be made at least one (1) week and no more than one (1) month prior to the event.
  3. To confirm a reservation, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total service cost is required.
  4. The remaining 50% must be paid three (3) days before the start of the event.
  5. If payments are not made as required, Luxe Private Catering may cancel the event without any obligation to refund.

  1. Cancellations and Force Majeure
  2. Events cannot be cancelled due to operational reasons. All services are planned and food is purchased in advance; therefore, the client is responsible for full payment even if the event does not take place.
  3. Cancellations due to force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, transportation issues, fires, floods, or causes beyond the company’s control) do not entitle the client to a refund.
  4. Rescheduling may be offered at Luxe Private Catering’s discretion, but full payment obligations remain.
  5. No exceptions will be made for operational or planning-related cancellations.

  1. Food, Beverages, and Food Safety
  2. Luxe Private Catering complies with all federal, state, and local health regulations.
  3. Clients must inform the company of allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requirements at least [X days] prior to the event.
  4. The company is not responsible for allergic reactions if the provided information is incomplete or false.
  5. Menus may vary depending on ingredient availability; any changes will be communicated.
  6. For events serving alcoholic beverages, the client is responsible for supervising guest consumption. Luxe Private Catering is not responsible for accidents, intoxication, or damages caused by alcohol consumption.

  1. Liability and Limitation
  2. Luxe Private Catering is not liable for:

Accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring at the event, except in cases of proven direct negligence by our staff.

Damage to the property of the client or guests, except in cases of direct proven negligence by the company.

Loss of food, beverages, or products due to improper handling, transport, or storage by third parties.

  1. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Luxe Private Catering against any third-party claims, including injury, intoxication, damage, or loss, except in cases of proven negligence by the company.

  1. Insurance

Luxe Private Catering carries limited general liability insurance.

Not all eventualities are covered.

Clients are encouraged to consider additional insurance for large events or specific risks.


  1. Staff and Conduct
  2. All Luxe Private Catering staff are professionally trained.
  3. The client is responsible for any inappropriate conduct by guests toward staff.
  4. Luxe Private Catering may leave the event if staff safety is at risk, without obligation to refund.

  1. Equipment and Property
  2. All equipment provided by Luxe Private Catering remains company property.
  3. The client is responsible for any damage or loss of equipment during the event.
  4. Luxe Private Catering reserves the right to charge replacement costs for any damaged or lost equipment.

  1. Vendors and Subcontractors
  2. Luxe Private Catering may use external vendors (decor, music, transportation).
  3. The company is not responsible for errors or failures of these vendors but will make reasonable efforts to coordinate services.
  4. Any claims related to subcontractors must be reported to Luxe Private Catering immediately for management, but this does not absolve the client of legal responsibility toward third parties.

  1. Venue Cleaning and Safety
  2. The client must provide a safe, clean, and suitable venue for the event.
  3. Luxe Private Catering is not responsible for damage to floors, walls, or facilities unless directly caused by staff negligence.
  4. The client agrees to cover any additional cleaning costs required after the event due to guest negligence or venue conditions.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content created by Luxe Private Catering (menus, designs, logos, photos) is intellectual property of the company and may not be reproduced without written authorization.


  1. Use of Images and Promotion

Luxe Private Catering may use photos or videos of the event for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.


  1. Modifications

Luxe Private Catering reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website or notification to the client.


  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.


  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Luxe Private Catering. No verbal statements, text messages, or emails outside this document have legal validity.
